Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for any used products. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable.​

The entire set must be returned for a refund or exchange for items purchased as part of a gift set. We cannot process returns or exchanges for individual items within a set.​​

If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please email us within 7 working days with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement for you.​
